This is an opportunity to work at a doctors surgery, located in Sheffield 35. The job will involve reception duties, meeting and greeting patients, answering the telephone, making appointments for patients, preparing repeat prescriptions, some filing and data inputting also involved.
Requirements: GCSE A – C in maths and English. Must have a smart appearance due to the nature of the job. Should have good communication and customer service skills, be enthusiastic, flexible, reliable, punctual, keen and willing to learn with the ability to work well in a team. Travel expenses will be paid.
Training: Customer Service Intermediate Level Apprenticeship. The learning provider is North Lancs Training Group (NLTG).
Hours: Monday – Friday, Earliest start – 8.30am, Latest finish – 5.00pm. ½ hour lunch, 2x 10min breaks. 30 hours per week.
