Make a Compliment, Comment or Complaint

We believe that the best way to improve our services is by listening to those who use them. It’s great to get a compliment when we do things well, but we also want to know if things go wrong. If you’ve had a good experience or if we can change something to improve our services, then please tell us by emailing feedback@sheffieldfutures.org.uk. You can expect an acknowledgement of your compliment, comment or complaint within 7 working days from when we receive it. We will endeavour to deal with your compliment, comment or complaint within 28 days.
