The Lord Mayor’s Dinner

Friday 22nd March at Hallam Hall, Sheffield Hallam University with Lord Mayor Magid Magid.

The fantastic evening will include a fizz and canapé reception, a four-course meal, celebrity host, a magician, and more! A table, for 10 people, can be purchased for £500 by clicking the link below. Individual tickets can be purchased for £50, below.

The Lord Mayor’s Dinner takes place at 6pm on Friday 22nd March at Sheffield Hallam University and funds raised during the evening will be donated to Sheffield Futures, for the completion of the Health Zone in Sheffield City Centre, a dedicated welcoming space where young people can access a range of physical and mental health care in a non-judgmental environment. This fantastic resource is much-needed for young people in Sheffield and will be the home to our emotional wellbeing service, Door43.

 

The dress code is formal attire (cocktails dresses and suits).
The Lord Mayor’s Dinner is a high profile event and we are looking for organisations to help us to deliver the best night possible, raising funds to complete the Health Zone, through sponsorship opportunities:

Entertainment Sponsorship – The sponsors will receive special thanks during presentations on the evening and wide exposure over all of our social media channels. The sponsor will have their logo in printed materials used on the evening and a space for a roller banner display. The sponsor will receive professional photographs of the entertainment. This sponsorship opportunity includes a table for ten people.


Welcome Drinks Sponsorship – The sponsors will receive full branding opportunities in the drinks reception area and a special thanks made during presentations for your kind support, as well as wide exposure over all of our social media channels. The sponsor’s logo will feature in our printed material on the evening, a half page advert in our brochure and there will be space for a roller banner display. The Welcome Drinks Sponsor will also be listed on the Sheffield Futures Supporters page on our website. The sponsor will receive professional photographs of the drinks reception. This sponsorship opportunity includes a table for ten people.


Silver Sponsorship – The Silver Sponsors will receive full branding opportunities at the entrance to the venue and a special thanks made during presentations for your kind support, as well as wide exposure over all of our social media channels. The sponsor’s logo will feature in our invitations, our printed material on the evening, a half page advert in our brochure and there will be space for a roller banner display. The Silver Sponsor will also be listed on the Sheffield Futures Supporters page on our website. This sponsorship opportunity includes a table for ten people and the Silver Sponsors will have a VIP table in prime position. 

Gold Sponsorship – The Gold Sponsors will receive full branding opportunities during the evening, including their logo on screen at all times, featuring in many photographs. The sponsors will receive a special thank you during the speeches and a professional photograph of all guests of the sponsors. Our Gold Sponsors will benefit from wide exposure across all of our social media channels and a feature on our Sheffield Futures Supporters page on our website. We will announce our Gold Sponsor in a press release and a special newsletter inviting others to attend the Lord Mayor’s Dinner and their logo will be on all invitations and name cards. The sponsor’s logo will feature in all printed materials on the evening and will include full page advert in the brochure. There will be space for three roller banners and a display in a prominent position.This sponsorship opportunity includes a table for ten people and the Gold Sponsors will have a VIP table in prime position.
