Share a compliment, comment or complaint

We believe that the best way to improve our services is by listening to those who use them. It’s great
to get a compliment when we do things well, but we also want to know if things go wrong. If you’ve
had a good experience or if we can change something to improve our services, then please tell us by
emailing [email protected]. You can expect an acknowledgement of your compliment,
comment or complaint within seven working days from when we receive it. We will endeavour to deal with
your compliment, comment or complaint within 28 days.
