This is an opportunity to work at a branch of the world’s largest submarine sandwich chain. Customer Service Apprentices are required to work at branches in Sheffield 2 and Sheffield 10.  Your daily roles and requirements will include:

– Greeting and serving guests.

– Handling and processing light paperwork.

– Providing excellent customer service to all customers, including internal and external.

– Collecting payments from customers.

– Checking stock.


Requirements:  No formal qualifications are required for this role, although 3 – 9 grade GCSEs in maths and English would be a distinct advantage.  Keen to pursue a career in customer service. The employer is looking for applicants with good team working skills, customer service skills, good communication and listening skills. You will need a friendly and positive attitude and polite and respectful manner.


Training:  Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Your employer will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.  If successful, you will complete a Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship programme delivered through training provider, Interserve Learning & Employment.


Hours: Shifts to be confirmed.  30 hours/week.


Pay: £117/week (£3.90/hour).
