‘Friend or Foe?’ training and resources

‘Friend or Foe?’ is our newly developed resource and training package designed to equip staff to deliver the training to colleagues and young people and help prevent Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).

Whether you work in Education, Social Care, Youth Work, Housing, Homeless Support, Youth Offending or Faith and Community Sectors (among others!), child sexual exploitation training is a necessity.

‘Friend or Foe?’ is based on many years of experience of CSE case work from one of the oldest and most dedicated teams in the country. In addition, every resource has been ‘Youth Proofed’ by the Sheffield CSE Young Advisory Group.

“Very informative, great trainers, made it very easy to understand, very relaxing” (Louise Grubb – YWHP)

The full colour ‘Friend or Foe?’ Handbook can be purchased separately, which includes:

  • 30 Flash Cards to support work with young people who speak English as a second language or who have Special Educational Needs.
