Thank you for your interest in referring to Door 43. We are a health and wellbeing service for young people aged between 13-25 who are residing in Sheffield, attending education in Sheffield (school/college/university), or registered with a Sheffield GP Practice.

Please note that referrals to our Domestic Abuse Counselling service are temporarily closed. We will update this page when we are able to re-open the service for referrals.

If you are a young person, you can refer yourself to all of our services.

Statutory and community services, schools, colleges, universities, parents and carers can also refer a young person to us.
