Compliments, comments and complaints

At Sheffield Futures we believe the best way to improve our services is by listening to those who use them. We welcome compliments, comments and complaints from young people accessing our services, parents/carers, partners and anyone our services come into contact with.

It’s great to get a compliment when we do things well, but we also want to know if things go wrong. If you’ve had a good experience, or if we can change something to improve our services, then please tell us!

This is what you can do

If you have an immediate complaint, please tell a member of staff. They will fix this immediately if they can.

If you would like to put your compliment/comment/complaint in writing, please complete this form.

What happens next?

If you would like a response to your feedback, please provide your
contact details. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days and endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If further
investigation into your complaint is required we will complete this within 6 months.
