Weekly wellbeing
We run regular wellbeing sessions at Star House, our home in Sheffield city centre:
Wellbeing Café – every Tues, 5–6:30 – just turn up, no booking required!
Wellbeing Wednesday – every Weds, 11–4 – phone or email ahead to secure your slot.
