Vacancies

  • Youth Consultant

    In this exciting role, you will help organisations become places where young people genuinely want to work. Funded by the Yorkshire Policy Innovation Partnership, we bring together a diverse group of young voices to rethink how workplaces operate, from policies and processes to culture and day-to-day vibes.

    As a Youth Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and delivering a youth-proofing consultancy in collaboration with local employers. You will work directly with organisations to review their practices and help ensure they align with the expectations, values, and needs of young people.

    Hours and Term: Maximum of 30 hours per month as and when required, which will be on a casual contract basis until the end of December 2026

  • Facilities Officer

    We are looking for a Facilities Officer who will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the organisation’s buildings and facilities. This will include managing building maintenance and repairs, supervising contractors and cleaning staff, and supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives.

    You will oversee all health, safety, and compliance matters, including statutory inspections, risk assessments, staff training, and emergency preparedness, ensuring that all legislative and regulatory requirements are met.
