Become a Trustee

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed new trustees to join our board and help shape the future of our charity, supporting young people across Sheffield to thrive and reach their potential.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills, experience and networks to make a meaningful difference to the lives of young people in our city, while helping us strengthen and develop our organisation.

We are particularly keen to hear from people with a background in marketing and communications, who can help us raise our profile, tell our story and engage effectively with our supporters and wider community. We would also welcome applications from people with business-sector experience, particularly those who can bring strategic thinking, commercial awareness and an understanding of how organisations can grow and develop.

You don’t need previous trustee experience — we’re looking for people who share our values, are willing to contribute their time and expertise, and are passionate about improving opportunities for young people in Sheffield.
